The team at Neffy’s Puppy Palace truly loves what they do. With years of hands-on experience (which adds up to a whole lot in dog years!), our staff is highly trained and dedicated to giving every pup the best care possible.
About The Owner
Denise Rose brings over 12 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds. She began her career as a kennel assistant and worked her way up to Resort Technician at a state-of-the-art facility in South Florida that cared for up to 200 dogs daily. Most recently, she served as a Team Lead and Supervisor at a daycare and boarding facility in Chicago.
Outside of work, Denise dedicates her time to helping animals in need, including Trap, Neuter, Return programs and volunteering with various shelters in both South Florida and Chicago. Her passion for dogs is truly limitless and inspired her to open and operate her own facility—creating a space that reflects her commitment to exceptional care and a loving environment.
As a certified Dog Handler, Denise combines her experience, knowledge, and genuine love for animals to ensure every pup receives the attention, care, and guidance they need to thrive.
